Given everything that's going on in the world today, there's a lot to be stressed about. The pandemic has tanked the economy, burdened people with additional responsibilities, and made the future uncertain (just to name a few sources of stress).
But there's also another source of stress - one that's in our control: internal. One way to reduce your overall stress level is to surface internal stressors and challenge them. After all, we're stressed enough as it is - let's not stress ourselves out too!
