RETURN POLICY

Please review our entire Return Policy prior to making a purchase.

eCourse purchases are refundable for 7 days after purchase as long as you haven't started the course.
If the eCourse is defective, unavailable, or doesn't perform as stated, you can request a refund at any time.
If you return an eCourse for a refund it will be removed from your library and you will no longer be able to access it.
eCourse coupons you receive as a gift are eligible for exchange for a VoyanceLeadership.com Gift Card before acceptance.

Coaching services purchased through VoyanceLeadership.com (including Enneagram Type Consultations, coaching packages, or coaching services purchased as a package with an eCourse offering) are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a session, we request that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you choose not to proceed with a given coaching package, unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member.

Physical products (e.g. printed course guides) are not returnable. If you are unhappy with the condition of your product upon delivery, please contact [email protected] and provide evidence of damage to receive a product replacement.
