These Terms of Use apply to your use of www.voyanceleadership.com (the “Site”), the website of Voyance Leadership, operated by Voyance, a business operated by Raena Hubbell and Delynn Copley (“Voyance”, “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view and use the Site for your personal purposes. Please use the Site only for lawful purposes and don’t interfere with its operation or security.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, articles, handouts, videos, graphics and the look and feel of the Site, belong to Voyance or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may download and print the handouts for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction, republication, distribution or commercial use of the Site’s content requires our written permission.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property, email hello@voyanceleadership.com with your name and contact details, a description of your work, and where on the Site it appears.
Third-party services and links
Payment for the Enneagram Assessment is taken by Stripe, and session scheduling runs on Calendly. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. The Site also links to other websites.
We don’t control third-party services or websites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. Any problem with a third-party service is governed by the agreement between you and that provider.
The Enneagram Assessment
The Enneagram Assessment costs $20. It is purchased through the Site’s own checkout, where Stripe takes the payment; this Site never handles your card details.
If you complete the assessment and don’t receive your results, email hello@voyanceleadership.com for customer support.
No warranties
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or representations about its accuracy, and we aren’t responsible for errors or omissions.
The Site and all its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representations about the results of using the materials on the Site or their suitability for your needs, and we don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Voyance nor anyone involved in creating or maintaining the Site will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
