PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Voyance, a business operated by Raena Hubbell and Delynn Copley (“Voyance”, “we” or “us”), collects through www.voyanceleadership.com (the “Site”), how it is used, and the choices you have.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: when you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, organization, team size, topic and message you enter, so that we can reply to you. The form delivers your message to us by email. Your message is not stored on the Site. We also send a one-time confirmation to the email address you give us.
- Enneagram Assessment: when you take the assessment, you enter your name and email address and answer its questions. When you finish the assessment, your name, email address, answers and results are stored in the Site’s database, which Supabase hosts. If you pay, Stripe takes the payment, and this Site never handles your card details. We keep a record of the payment, such as the amount and any discount code. Voyance receives your answers and results, so that we can provide your results, email you a copy, and respond to your questions about them. If your organization arranged the assessment for you, for example ahead of a workshop, we may share your results with that organization.
- Assessments an organization covers: a client organization may give Voyance its participants’ names and email addresses, and whether a type consultation is included, so that they can take the assessment at no charge. We keep them in the Site’s database until we delete them.
- Your results link: your results appear on a page with a private link, which we also email to you. Anyone who has the link can open your results.
- Saved progress: while you take the assessment, your name, email address and answers are saved in your browser for up to 30 days, so that reloading the page or closing the tab doesn’t lose your progress. They are cleared from your browser when you finish the assessment. A short-lived reference is then saved in your browser for up to 24 hours, so that you can get back to your results. You can remove both at any time by clearing this Site’s data in your browser.
- Bot protection: when you send a message through the contact form, as you finish the assessment, and if you return to its checkout later, Vercel’s bot protection runs a check in your browser to tell people apart from automated programs. It reads technical signals from your browser. To prevent abuse, we also keep a hashed form of your IP address.
- Scheduling: when you book a session, Calendly collects your booking details. For type consultations, we also keep a copy of the booking so we can manage it.
- Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It doesn’t use cookies and reports only aggregate data, such as page views, rather than identifying individual visitors.
- Server logs: our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to run the Site and keep it secure.
The Site has no newsletter, no accounts or logins, and no advertising pixels.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Services we use
These services handle information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

- Supabase hosts the Site’s database, which stores Enneagram Assessment answers and results. It holds your name, email address, answers and results. Supabase’s privacy policy
- Stripe takes payment for the Enneagram Assessment. It receives your email address and payment details. Stripe’s privacy policy
- Calendly runs session scheduling. It receives your booking details. Calendly’s privacy notice
- Vercel hosts the Site, provides its analytics and runs its bot protection. It receives standard server log data, aggregate, cookieless analytics data, and the bot check’s browser signals. Vercel’s privacy policy
Cookies
The Site itself doesn’t set cookies for visitors. When the assessment’s checkout loads, Stripe may set cookies to help prevent fraud. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set its own cookies. Their privacy policies above explain how.
How long we keep information
Messages from the contact form arrive in Voyance’s email inbox and are kept there as ordinary correspondence.
- If you pay for the Enneagram Assessment, we keep your answers and results until you ask us to delete them, so that we can re-send your results and answer your questions about them. To ask, email hello@voyanceleadership.com.
- If you don’t complete payment, your answers are deleted after 30 days.
- The hashed form of your IP address is deleted after 1 day.
- We keep the copy of a type consultation booking until you ask us to delete it.
Stripe, Resend, Calendly and Vercel keep information under their own policies.
